Your Role on Our Team
As a Digital Platform Coordinator, you will support platform operations and initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, organizing project details, and helping ensure alignment across stakeholders. You’ll gain hands-on experience in platform management, digital product development, and agile practices.
This entry-level role is perfect for a recent graduate who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to digital initiatives that connect our physical and digital experiences.
You’ll execute EXTREME OWNERSHIP through these duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and tracking digital platform initiatives and deliverables.
- Support Platform Managers and Product Managers with meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Help gather and summarize user feedback and team insights.
- Maintain shared resources such as roadmaps, project trackers, and communication tools.
- Coordinate workshops and team meetings to support collaboration and alignment.
- Build relationships across teams to support communication and change management.
- Learn and apply platform and product management best practices.
- Manage assigned tasks and small projects with attention to detail.
- Foster transparency and trust through consistent communication.
The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in digital platforms, product development, or user experience.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Craft.io, Lucid or similar.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow through mentorship and hands-on experience.
Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working on group projects or internships related to digital products.
- Interest in understanding user needs and improving digital experiences.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate clearly.
- Experience coordinating tasks or projects with internal stakeholders.
