Our Engineering Team is responsible for creating innovative solutions that address the unmet needs of our customers. We do this through increasing our users’ productivity by integrating new technologies and methodologies to deliver new-to-world products and product enhancements. We work together with our users through observation, interviews, and field research, making them part of the solution process. Our team defines critical benefits to our end users, constructs prototypes, and evaluates product designs considering unmet user needs, durability, materials, and manufacturing processes. Working cross functionally, we perform a wide variety of engineering and design tasks including translating user observations to insights, employing proven ideation techniques, 3D modeling and mathematical simulation, and rapid prototype development.

The TOOLS you’ll need to have:
Design and develop automated systems for testing and new product development.
Program and implement software solutions to improve the efficiency, quality, and speed of new product develop testing operations.
Utilize LabVIEW, Python, and PLC ladder programming in test fixture software development.
Prepare specifications, documentation, and logic diagrams of programs.
Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and debug those programs.
Provide insight, recommendations, and research on sensor, data acquisition, and motion control technology.
Research and prototype advanced testing concepts.
Select electrical components and Design electrical panel layouts for test systems.
Create system documentation including BOM, operational instructions, and maintenance schedule.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Collaborate with other developers in technical solutions and implementation.
Adhere to timelines and excel in a fast-paced high-energy environment.
The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field.
Experience with programming languages such as LabVIEW, Python, SQL, and ladder logic.
LabVIEW certification is a plus
Knowledge of Test and Measurement techniques, including sensor technology, signal conditioning, and motion control.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes.
Knowledge of mechatronics incorporating hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components is a plus.
Ability to travel 10% of the time (domestic and international).
