The TOOLS you’ll need to have: In partnership and under the direction of the UX group you will be preforming several duties and upholding the following responsibilities.
Collaborate with UX Research and Product teams to conduct various discovery activities aimed at enhancing our enterprise platform.
Plan, create, and execute research projects, including interviews, observations, and usability testing.
Synthesize research findings into insightful reports, summaries, and empathy models.
Present research outcomes and participate in research readouts with cross-functional teams.
Assist in the development of our knowledge base by documenting research findings.
Contribute to challenge framing, research planning, and workshops.
Participate in collaborative Digital UX Research processes and sessions as they exist today.
Get hands-on experience with a range of Digital UX Research tasks, from planning to insight delivery.
The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
Currently enrolled in a research or UX research program, with an interest in user research and discovery.
A solid understanding of core customer and end user research methodologies and best practices.
A strong portfolio showcasing your customer/user research approach and rationale.
A passion for conducting objective, insightful research that drives meaningful change.
The ability to work collaboratively with designers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly present findings.
Enthusiasm for expanding our digital UX research knowledge base and contributing to broader team initiatives.
