Position Responsibilities
Analyze customer comments to identify website issues or recommend enhancements.
Analyze user activity, website metrics and business trends.
Research competitor websites to analyze enhancements and industry trends.
Document small to medium-sized website enhancements.
Work with User Experience team to develop concepts that address website usability and best practices.
Work closely with Quality Assurance and Development teams to validate web enhancements.
Maintain documentation and perform reporting tasks.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Access and Excel.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
Hardworking and enthusiastic personality with a passion for technology.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
