Attending Career Fairs is one of the most common and effective recruiting practices, as it provides you with the most direct access to a large number of our smart, talented and motivated students, and MSOE’s Career Fair is one of the largest in the region with 350+ employers that participated in our Fall 2022 Career Fair.
