What will you be doing? I work at a state-of-the-art 3D printing facility that hosts 7 different processes, over 30 large frame machines, and over 50 materials. I aid in the mechanical engineering of a newly developed 3D printing technology that has been under development for the last five years. I also participate in project management, machine operation, engineering, and marketing.

Did the Career Connections Center help you with your job search? The Career Connections Center helped me create a more effective and professional resume and cover letter and continued to assist me through every revision. I also received help cultivating my LinkedIn profile and even received helpful input on the online portfolio I had made. They also provided mock interviews and encouraged attendance to the career fairs, both of which I participated in and found to be extremely helpful in practicing conversation with potential employers and serving as sources for gaining confidence. After receiving an offer, the Career Connections Center helped me with salary negotiation and now, as an employed alumnus, they still continue to help me update my LinkedIn profile and resume.
