Nathan Roelse recently graduated with his B.S. in Industrial Engineering in May 2023 and is working for Nordco Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer.
What work are you currently doing? As a Manufacturing Engineer I create work instructions for products and work to improve processes to support equipment assemblers.
What’s great about your company? I really like that Nordco has such a friendly and focused work environment. I’ve also found the company to be very flexible.
